Ingredients

Scale

480g (2 cups) whole milk vanilla yogurt

75g (1/2 cup) fresh strawberries, sliced

37g (1/4 cup) fresh blueberries

25g (1/4 cup) granola

Instructions

1. Line a rimmed 9×13 inch (about 23×33 cm) baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Pour the yogurt onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly to fill the pan.

3. Top with sliced strawberries, blueberries, and granola.

4. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 3 hours until the yogurt is firm.

5. Cut into 12 even bars and enjoy.

Notes

For clean, perfect cuts, score the frozen yogurt with a knife before cutting fully.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.

Use parchment or wax paper between layers to prevent sticking.
